APPLICATORS |
|
The Burkard micrometer syringe unit delivers precise volumes against
fixed rotation to the micrometer. Two standard syringes, 1cc and 10cc,
of known plunger diameters are compatible with this instrument. The
syringe unit is supplied with pivot mounting for right and left hand
operation.

 |
This improved model is a convenient hand operated precision applicator
for a fixed range of droplets. Aliquots 0.25µl to 5µl and 2.5µl to 50µl
in 5 steps using the 1cc and 10cc syringes respectively. Applications
include agricultural research, chemistry, physiology, etc. Supplied complete
with 1cc syringe and two packets of hypodermic needles.

A versatile instrument for precision liquid dispensing of micro-litre
volumes. Delivers, batches, counts, and selects, at 9 delivery speeds
to suit the application. Using a foot switch leaves both hands free. Thumbwheel
settings are dialled up directly in micro-litres. Computer option available.
Power: 110/240V 50/60Hz |

SPRAY TOWERS |
|
This air operated spraying apparatus applies an even deposit of spray
over a circular area of 9cm diameter. Suitable for studying the biological
effects of chemicals both when applied as direct spray on organisms or
as a residual film. The towers incorporate developments from Rothamsted
Experimental Station. |
 |
The automatic safety load-unload system allows operators to place
petri dishes on the spray table away from the spray tube and therefore
avoids the risk of contamination with hazardous materials. This design
offers a smoother elevation of the table and prevents the air from passing
to the atomiser until the table is finally positioned. The automatic operating
cycle enables increases in processing speeds.
