SOIL AUGERS
A range of augers for soil sampling incorporating heat treated cutting
edges. Illustrated is the 2" diameter x 6" (5cm Diameter x
15cm) sampling auger which is offered in various sample sizes to order.

An extraction method for soil animals. Creates a temperature gradient
of approximately 14°C in a litter or soil sample, stimulating downward
movement of soil arthropods into a collecting vessel. Simple design
enables easy access. Single funnel, 6 bank (illustrated) or 12 bank
versions available.

FIA 2000 is a 4-6 channel instrument for fast analysis of Ammonia, TON,
Chloride, Boron, Phosphate and Sulphate and is equally at home with other
traditional methods. It is offered with a choice of sample changers for
up to 300 samples. A programmable timer with hand-held pencil switch is
also available for manual injection which is particularly useful for research
projects. Adding the MicroStream multitasking Windows™ data
processor allows full control of the analyser and data collection with
AQC protocols suitable for down-loading to spreadsheets or LIMS. FIA 2000
can be interfaced with alternative detectors for methods such as Ion Selective
Electrodes, Ultra Violet, Fluorescence and Chemiluminescence. The overall
size of the analyser is 61 x 56 x 20cms and operates on either 110 or
240V, 50-60Hz.
