They avoid complications and save time when changing many reagent supply tubes to a wash cycle and avoid errors that can result from daily change over of tubes by hand. The motorised versions can also be under computer control.

Product Details

The WRV12 multi-way manual and automatic changeover valves for wash/reagent are widely used with Burkard analysis systems. They provide instant change from reagent to wash material on completion of an analysis period and avoid complications and save time when changing many reagent supply tubes to a wash cycle. In a busy laboratory, daily changeover of tubes by hand can lead to errors and consequential loss of valuable samples.

The Burkard changeover valves are supplied as 4, 8, and 12 channel versions. The permanent wash feed connector supplies all tubes on changeover. The valve is designed to fit to the Series 2000 sample changer case, maintaining an orderly outflow to the peristaltic pump.

A motorised version of this valve and is also available for automatic operation under computer control.
