The SERIES 2000 Beer-Malt analyser is capable of analysing light
and dark beers for bitterness and colour simultaneously using a novel
separation technique. Using the same principles for chemical analysis
it can be used for the determination of Nitrate, Nitrite, pH, Density,
Polyphenols, Carbohydrates, Thiobarbituric Acid Value, Sulphur Dioxide,
Diacetyl, Anthocyanogen, Beta-glucan, Free Amino Nitrogen, Ethanol,
Acetaldehyde. |

The ALERT2000 on-line process analyser is a self contained monitoring
station. It provides continuous or periodic data for monitoring
water sources, industrial effluents and process control on a 24
hour basis. Telemetry link-up with a home base is also available
for remote sites.
